HISTORY

Randall Stephens began TEJAVIA  ©  in 2001 as a Texas based company with an ambitious plan to sell and support foreign made heavy aircraft equipped with FAA certified engines, avionics, propellers and approved materials.  

TEJAVIA  ©  was the first American company selected as a broker for Tupolev ANTK.  Meetings and airshows in Farnborogh,  Zhukovsky & Gelendzhik,  Russia,  Dubai,  Caracas, Venezuela,  Lima and Callao, Peru,  & Santiago,  Chile produced opportunities and real business.   TEJAVIA  © supplied Russian helicoper parts to US operators and the Afghan Army Air Corps  via the US Army until 2009. 

TEJAVIA  ©   Is able to do business with foreign and domestic firms in support of Civil or US Government operations.  We and our partners will perform search, due diligence, inspections,  escrow to closing and delivery.

We will not export ITARS related items abroad to foreign operators.

- Listen to the customer,  and keep every detail in confidence. 

- Develop a plan and perform for the customer.

- Find and deliver the aircraft,  spares,  manuals or services you need and make certain all details are noted.

- Select the best partners to work with and share the rewards evenly given the scope of work.  So bring those international buyers and when the closing bell rings,  everyone gets paid.
